Case Study

We had a positive, fruitful experience with Urban Engineer. We went into the partnership (which we initially constructed as a pilot) with some reservations. Our concerns were primarily about: 1) Losing some control of our messaging, 2) Our team and the UE team potentially tripping over each other in the market, and 3) Whether an external partner would be able to effectively navigate our internal process complexities.

Very quickly, UrbanEngineer became an integral extension of our team. They worked closely with us to ensure they remained on-point with our branding and messaging. They created systems to help us ensure we didn’t have overlapping outreach. And they adapted their processes to seamlessly connect with our processes. The UE team contributed a significant portion of our candidate pool, and were directly responsible for a number of key hires for difficult position. Bridget and team were very easy to work with and always responsive to the quirks and complexities of our dynamic recruiting requirements.

The thing, for me, that demonstrated the value of the partnership was when we experienced a fairly sizable increase to our recruiting requirements. One of my primary solutions was to work with Urban Engineer to increase their work on our behalf. Their ability to help us scale our recruiting effort up and down, with successful results, was invaluable as we grew rapidly. When I met with my executive team to get approval to scale up our efforts with UE, the ROI was very easy to demonstrate given their prior success with us.
